What else wants to leak..?
Remember that time I said that at least it was just the basement that was leaking? Oh, and remember when our inspector told us that we would probably have 5 years before needing to replace the roof? Well pretty much as soon as we finished waterproofing the basement, we walked into our extra closet on the first floor off the dining room and innocently looked up....only to find water stains. Was this there before? Unfortunately, we didn't think so... So it was back to Home Advisor and finding some roofers that would be able to take a look at the issue A.S.A.P. We had a few different companies come by, but as usual it was so tough to nail down (ha, get it?) any of the smaller more local companies, so we ended up going with a bigger company. The consensus was pretty much the same for all of them: the roof (the whole thing...) needed to be replaced. When we looked at it, we thought "hey! this looks fine!". But we knew nothing, Jon Snow. Turns out, the roof was far from fine
